No Risk Weather Policy



During periods of severe weather (i.e. high winds, rain or lightening.) we will give you the option of keeping the inflatable or not. If you decide to cancel, there will be no charge to you. However, if the weather is too severe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to safety concerns, the potential for equipment damage, or other weather related risks.

Rental Rates



The following rental policies apply.

Full payment may be made in cash once Inflatable has been picked up or delivered. Security Deposit of $100 will be returned at the end of the rental once equipment has been inspected. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Prices are based on a Full Day Rental, delivery and set-up is available for an extra minimal charge depending on the area.

Preparing for Delivery



All we need from you is a flat space large enough for the jump (preferably on grass so we can spike it down) and a regular 15 amp. outlet (extension cord may be required, if you can not supply one please notify us before delivery and we will provide one at no cost to you). A second choice would be on a driveway, as long as there isn't too much slope. Allow space for the inflatable plus additional room to walk around on all sides. If you are picking up the bouncer, we will provide you with step by step set-up instructions.

Terms and Agreement



We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation.
Valid credit card number is also required for pre-authorization purposes (only apply for rentals).
Balance is due when the event is completed.
We will be not responsible for the bad weather or for any cancellation regarding the same; the deposit will not be refund.
Delivery is available at an additional charge. Set-up and breakdown of equipment is available, with prior notice, at an additional cost.
Responsibility for the rental equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return or pick-up. It is important to make sure that all equipment is secured and protected from the elements otherwise the customer will be charged the full amount.
Tables and Chairs will be delivered stacked and must be returned stacked in the same manner and be ready for the pick up.
Dishes and food services equipment must be returned rinsed and repacked properly in the provided crates and racks.
Costumer will provide parking for our entertainers.
Costumer will provide a space to change for our entertainers.

We start at the prearranged time unless otherwise stated by us.

Equipment Usage



Customer shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, Or improvements to the equipment and shall use it only for the purpose and in the manner for which it was intended by The manufacturer. Customer may not permit the equipment to be used by another party or at a different location without the Express written consent of Party Inflatables.

Jumping Bouncers



No refunds will be permitted if our deliveries attend the location and the bouncer does not fit in the location.
Party Inflatables will be not responsible for the bad weather or for any cancellation regarding the same; the deposit will not be refund.

Not adults allow in the bouncers.
The bouncer must be fully inflated before any children are allowed inside .the bouncer must be fully inflated until everyone is out.
Adult supervision is required all the times while the bouncer is in use. never leave the children unattended .
The costumer is full responsible for the safety of the kids.
Do not wrestling, running, pushing or climbing the walls.
The bouncer cant be used when is rain and/or lighting conditions or if winds exceed 40 km/h .
Not food or drinks allow in the bouncer.
Keep the bouncer a safe distance from fire, water, walls or other obstructions.
Make sure all the children exit the bouncer
Make sure the bouncer is free of foreign objects.
